Beginning with the End in Mind
As with most visionary companies, leaders know where they want to go and how to get there. The founders of Pi Sigma Epsilon are great examples of visionary leaders. They showed a strong dedication and desire to establish a collegiate organization to assist members in developing sales and marketing skills through lifetime opportunities. In order to accomplish this, they began with small but necessary steps such as forging a strong relationship with Sales and Marketing Executives. Without this forethought, Pi Sigma Epsilon would not be where we are today.
Pi Sigma Epsilon is a professional organization. All of its members and prospective members will be treated and evaluated professionally.
Evaluation
Prospective members are evaluated two times during their prospective semester, once at Mid-Semester Evaluations, and once at Honor Court. This is a time when the Executive Board of Alpha Mu will evaluate their progress thus far in their prospective semester. Prospective members will be evaluated on what they have done according to their points accumulated and the results they have produced.
During the course of semester prospective members will participate in activities to better themselves and the future of our Fraternity here at Fresno State.
At the end of the semester, prior to Honor Court, prospective members will create a cover letter and resume to present to the executive board, with their accomplishments and progress they have made over the semester.
Prospective Class Officers
The prospective class has their own executive board with seven positions:
President, Director of Administration, Director or Finance, Director of Activities, Director of Marketing, Director of Public Relations, and the Historian/Webmaster.
Each member on the prospective board is responsible for giving the prospective class a successful, productive and enjoyable semester.
